| Before your child is enrolled, a short pre-admission conference with the Director is required for you and your child. Visiting the program allows both parent and child to become comfortable with our environment, staff, and daily schedule. At that time, you will receive the application for enrollment; a registration fee is due at this time. Upon enrollment the parent and Director will meet and go over all required forms and parent handbook, a two-week deposit is due at this time. Because of our program and licensing standards, OCCS requires us to engage staff based on the number of children enrolled, there is no reduction in fees for absences, vacations, and snow days. The Director is to be notified at least two weeks in advanced, in writing if the child is to be withdrawn from CPD. |

| A $25.00 non-refundable fee is due with the application. Once a slot is guaranteed a two-week deposit is due. The two-week deposit is applied and used for your child's final two weeks in the program (provided withdrawal is in compliance with our policy). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
